The final deadline for registration with talk/poster submission is May 15, 2016. (CLOSED).


The deadline for attendance only registration is May 31, 2016.

The receipt of your registration form will be acknowledged (within a short time) by email. If you submit a talk/poster title, you will be notified of the acceptance of your talk or poster soon after the registration deadline, when the scienfitic program will be finalized. Because of the limited number of slots for talks, it is advisable to register early.

After registering, please arrange for your accommodation and notify us of your hotel and travel dates.

 

  Registration fee


The registration fee for the workshop is 130 euros and includes the cost of coffee breaks and the official conference buffet dinner at St. John's Resort.

If you make a bank transfer from another bank, please add 4 euros to cover the bank transfer fees charged by Piraeus Bank (your own bank may have additional charges for the transfer). Please include your full name in the comments of the bank transfer, for identification.

Please note that because it takes several days for an international bank transfer to be completed, bank transfers should be made only until SEPTEMBER 12th. If you make a bank transfer, please bring a copy of the receipt with you, in case it is needed for identification.

After September 12th, the registration fee should be paid cash on site. Please bring the exact amount and notice that there is no ATM inside St. John's Resort (the nearest ATMS are in the town of Mykonos).

Official receipts will be issued that can be used for
reimbursement.

If you require an invoice on the name of an Institute, instead of a receipt on your name, please send us the name, address and VAT number of your Institute.

Please have the exact cash amount for the registration fee, as there are no ATMs in the hotel area (you will find ATMS at the airport and in Mykonos town). We cannot accept credit cards for the on site registration fee payment.

There will be a pre-registration on Sunday 6pm-8pm at the main conference room in Saint John Resort - due to the large number of participants, we urge to to pre-register if possible.
